- The Event Magnets' technical
team will require 30 minutes prior to the booking to assemble their equipment
and the same to dismantle. This time is not included in your event package.
- The Event Magnets' technical
team will require a separate out of sight space to work on the photos and
magnets for the event. They will also require a table near to a plug socket.
- The Event Magnets' standard
payment agreement is a 50% deposit when booking your event and the final
balance to be paid no later than 7 days before the event.
- In the unlikely event that
the Event Magnets' technical team encounter technical difficulties at your event
making it impossible for them to continue, you shall be refunded in proportion
to the time their services were available.
- If not otherwise stated,
Event Magnets' will assume the right to use photographs taken at your event for
promotional purposes.
